While, the technician came with an assistant, first checked the thermostat, then checked in the indoor unti in the Attic followed by Outdoor unit outside. He immediately came up with a proposal to replace the older unit and started talking about different payment options and Tax rebates, etc. In simple terms he was there to sell me new expensive units.
What he was not interested to talk about what is the status of the units and if he had performed the services for which he was called. I kept asking me what is the status of my units and finally, he took up a sheet, checked qucikly all the things he checked and said the older unit was running 3 lbs less on Freon and that he added 1 lb. He said the other newer unit didn't need any Freon. I requested if he can put the other unit Freon to the older unit as anyways he hasn't used it and I paid for it, he said that's legally not allowed ??? 
That's when I knew he has done nothing but wasted my time and money and was there for a paid Sale call. Shame on them for providing no service and claiming to be customer focused HVAC company. Will never use them neither will ever refer them to anyone.

They do a job, have a fair price, and are on time.

I thought they were very professional. They gave us a follow-up call to see if we were happy with their services. I liked the quality of their work the most as well as the pricing. I thought they were thorough too.
