Very professional. Lots of option. Very quick from start to finish. We had one bubble , they came out and correct it. Easy to work with, great price. We will used them again.

Phil was very helpful with the flooring selection process and provided an accurate estimate. Installers showed up on time and did a very good job. Am very happy with the results and will likely use them again to replace carpeting in two other rooms.

They did a wonderful job. They had originally put the tile down about five years ago and they were able to replace where it was jackhammered up and you would never know it had been done.

Work was performed mid-September 2016. Tile layer did great job removing old vinyl, preparing floor and putting in new tile. Took longer than expected when his helper left to take care of a family emergency. The five carpet guys also did a great job removing old carpet, cleaning, and laying the new carpet. After a year everything still looks great.

Great! This work was performed a few years ago, and it went without a hitch, smooth from start to finish. The result looked as good as expected. The pricing was a little more than I expected, but still within fair range. The lady I worked with is no longer there now, but I would expect them to produce the same results. I recently contacted them for some carpeting work, but I guess this time it was determined that we are not within the area range they work under now (we are in Wylie/Sachse/Murphy area). They referred us to the Southlake location, who were unresponsive. We ended up not hiring them, and looked to a different company altogether.

They installation team was great. They estimated 4 days but completed the work in 3 and worksedon the weekend to actually finish 2 days earlier than expected.

That went well. They were a little late getting to it but they finished it up and everybody's happy.

It was time for new carpet and I wasn't sure where to start.  After reading prior reviews I went to the All-Pro Floors Arlington location and was assisted by Wynemah, who is great to work with.  She's very patient and a great resource when you're not quite sure what you need or want.  We did it in two phases, starting about four months ago and finishing up last week.  Both times we had the same installation team, who did a fantastic job with moving the heavy furniture, pulling out the old carpet and laying the new, and then putting the furniture back exactly where it was.  I couldn't believe how hard they worked ... very professional and very efficient.  Now we have a houseful of beautiful new carpet that we're very happy with.  I have nothing but good things to say about All-Pro Floors, especially Wynemah and the installation guys.  Thanks to a great team!
  

This company is outstanding and the quality of work is superb! Louis installed my floor and treated the job with great care and was on time and worked to the schedule. Wood plank tile has to be near perfection to look like real wood and I've had many over who think it is real wood!! Excellent job!

1.  KITCHEN WENT VERY WELL.  TILE LOOKS GREAT.  THEY DID NOT PUT A THRESHOLD BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND DEN AND LEFT A LIP.  I FELT IT WAS A TRIPPING HAZARD AND ASKED INSTALLER TO PUT IN A THRESHOLD.  HE DID SO.
2.  I THINK THE SALESMAN AND INSTALLERS NEED TO BE BETTER INFORMED ABOUT PROBABLE EFFECT OF THE TILE TO BE INSTALLED AND REMOVING/REPLACING COMMODES IN A BATHROOM.  I PURCHASED THE FLOOR TILE; IT WAS FINE.  THE WALL TILE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT SOMEWHAT THICK.  THE ORIGINAL INTENT WAS TO REMOVE THE OLD WALL BOARD AND REPLACE WITH THE TILE.  HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE OLD WALL BOARD WAS CEMENTED TO THE WALL.  THE TILE HAD TO GO OVER IT AND WAS SO THICK NEXT TO THE COMMODE TANK, THAT THE EXISTING COMMODE FITTINGS WOULD NOT LINE UP.  I THINK THE INSTALLERS SHOULD KNOW THAT THERE NEED TO BE AT LEAST TWO FINGER WIDTHS BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE COMMODE TANK.  I HAD A PLUMBER COME OUT AND HAD TO REPLACE THE COMMODE.  (OK, BECAUSE IT WAS OLD). I UNDERSTOOD THAT A NEW WAX RING HAD BEEN PUT UNDER THE COMMODE, HOWEVER, THE OLD ONE HAD JUST BEEN COVERED WITH "GROUT."   MY PLUMBER SAID THAT WAS NOT A GOOD OPTION; A NEW RING WAS THE PROPER METHOD.
ALSO, THE INSTALLER HAD FORGOTTEN TO REPLACE AN OUTLET BETWEEN THE COMMODE AND SINK.  WHEN I TRIED TO SCREW IT BACK IN, THE HOLE IN THE TILE WAS TOO SMALL.  ASKED THE INSTALLER TO RETURN AND FIX IT.  HE DID SO.  ALL IN ALL, THE BATHROOM LOOKS REALLY GOOD.
3.  PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY.  ALL INDIVIDUALS I WORKED WITH WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING, ALTHOUGH COMMUNICATION WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT.   I WOULD CONSIDER USING ALL PRO IN THE FUTURE.

With not knowing much about the whole process, now that I look back on it everything went as planned.  Phil at All Pro Floors is hands down the man to go to.  I'm not saying that others might not have what he has, but he is who I saw on some other reviews on here and asked for him from the getgo.  Phil is very knowledegable as I am not as to wood flooring.  I have never personally met Phil but every time there was an interaction on the phone, he was very curteous, friendly and very helpful.  The removal and replacing of the floor takes time as you want everything to be done precisely.  I can admit that at times I wish it were going faster but unfortunately, if you want it done correctly, this is what you are in for.  But Phil was always reassuring that this is what needed to happen so that we would have the best looking floor for years to come.  I can say this much; if you need a wood floor replaced, go see Phil at All Pro Floors or give him a call and he will walk you through the entire process and help you out tremendously.

From the initial consultation / measurements to the installation to the follow-up, this was a wonderful experience. I visited the S. Cooper store in Arlington and I was able to bring home nice, large samples to view in our house. We decided on a favorite type of wood laminate and then called to have them take measurements and provide an estimate. There was never any pressure to move forward with installation on their end, which was nice because it gave us time to think about it and to consider the various styles of products. We did have a couple other companies come out to provide information and estimates, but no one met All-Pro's level of detail and knowledge. We knew we'd get the best quality with All-Pro and their pricing was extremely competitive. So we went with them. Installation took place about two weeks later and the installers were excellent. This company only has the best of the best doing the actual installation, so be prepared to wait a little while for them to put you on their schedule. I guess those other companies who claim next-day installation can do so because they'll probably hire pretty much anyone to do it. No thanks! Anyway, on the first day of installation they arrived on time about 8am and they began ripping everything out. At that point I pretty much just left for the day so they could work and I wouldn't have to be around the dust and noise. Yes, I was totally comfortable leaving my home with the crew inside! I'm telling you, these people are hard working and trustworthy! Plus, they are total professionals, and I wouldn't like it if someone was hanging around in my way while I was trying to do my job! They worked a long day and they did a thorough job of prep work, like taping things off and covering things up so as not to be disturbed with dust and debris. The crew finished the project at the end of the next day and cleaned everything before leaving. The crew was very detail-oriented and even though there were a few minor things that still needed to be done, it's been very easy to get them to come back and take care of little issues. For instance, there was a small area that needed to be re-caulked so I just called All-Pro and they arranged for someone to come out the next morning and take care of it. There was a little area where the carpet inside a closet wasn't tacked down to meet seamlessly with the new wood floors, so they came back to fix it. No big deal. And if I notice anything else, I know they'll come back to make sure it's at 100%. You should feel comfortable with this company's assurance that they'll make it right and that they'll stand by their product and service-- even after you've paid! It's so worth it. What a fantastic business. I will use them again in the near future when we are ready to replace the upstairs carpet. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Very professional from start to finish.  Phil came out to measure and give me an estimate.  He is very good at what he does. We agreed to have All Pro do the job and everything went great.  The installers very skilled and worked hard.  The job was finished on time and everything looks very good.  My wife is very happy.  We plan to use them again when we need more flooring projects done.

Installers arrived on time, got right to work, and in a very short time, the patio was carpeted, Clean-up was complete. I have never seen a better carpet installation.

We are extremely pleased with our new floors! They started the work right away and they crew was always on time and courteous. They were very efficient and thorough putting in the new floors and they did a great job of cleaning up after. Everything was completed exactly as requested. The floor looks amazing!  We will definitely contact All Pro again when we get ready to update our bathroom floors. Thank you!

It was good, it was the first time I had hardwood put in. It was a good experience. They were on time, they finished up, cleaned up and they were out. I got three of four estimates and they were the best, in fact I got the estimate 2 or 3 years ago, and they still honored it.

Thanks to this there was not a single surprise cost during the install, and the estimate ended up matching the final cost perfectly. Phil helped offer advice on what choices were popular for resell in our area, and I have no doubt the value added to the home is more than the cost of the install. The quote was competitive, especially looking back now at the very high-end work they performed. His team was fantastic, being very respectful of our home and very polite around my wife and myself which we appreciated. They worked very hard and were able to finish ahead of schedule, a big bonus for us as we were hoping to get the project done quickly.
