The best part of Jerry's experience is that he's very friendly, keeps in constant communication and allows you to print the application and fax it back or scan and email it back. Payment can be made online through his site and he makes the process very easy for the consumer. I think Jerry is very thorough and a good inspector. Unfortunately, I found that he does more inspections on new housing than older homes, so I think he was stressing some of the aspects that I expected in an older home and making more of an issue of them than I  thought necessary. However, that said, having come from buying a new house, I wish I'd had Jerry to inspect my new home before I'd bought it. I will never buy a new home again. But he does have the thermal imaging camera and the experience to have caught all the problems I found after I had moved in and lived in the house long enough for the warranty to end. So if you are buying a new house, Jerry is the man for you.
