When he got there it went well. He does good work at a decent price but does not call back and his communication is very bad. It makes for a less than enjoyable experience.

We have been using them for about 3 years now. We usually use Arthur and he is great to work with. They are very reasonable in price and they always repsond quickly to our request. We have been very pleased with their service.

I made the call, and within a couple of days, Tim was sent over to remove the fan from my family's home to mine, re-installed it after having to go to Home Depot and that was it.
Good job, which was quickly taken care of as I'd requested since the house was about to be sold.

Called and they came out in a few hours-said they had another job they had to finish up on which was fine because I was able to shut off the water. When he got here he assessed the problem then explained what needed to be fixed and that he would have to go get the parts. He was gone for a couple hours but he didn't charge me because he was dealing with running the business and fielding calls. When he got back he repaired the problem in about 40 minutes. Another worker showed up to help. They were extremely nice and did a good job.

I was selling my house so I had them come in and get it ready for sale. Everything was excellent. When they said they would be there, they were there. They did the work. They didn't try to charge anything extra for anything extra. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were the best I have ever used.
