They had to return twice to one property to change out the camera's. They disconnected my internet and it took an additional 2 days for them to return to fix it. The system is available through an APP on a phone but it doesn't back up the recorded files off site like some systems do. It would be a better product if the recording was remotely backed up automatically. The sales person, Michael did a good job coordinating the sale and installation.

"I want to start by apologizing to [Member Name Removed] for not returning his call the very next day after looking at his house. We try and respond to every request promptly but this situation was just a little more complicated than most. The house is large and has a large security system with many devices, so I asked Mike (Aeon Sales) to let me research his control to see if we could unlock it to be programmed instead of charging him to replace it. We had ordered the USB adapter and also had the software installed on our service PC by the 28th. On the 29th I asked Mike to go ahead and call [Member Name Removed] to tell him we had an affordable solution for him but [Member Name Removed] called into the office before we had a chance to speak to him. When [Member Name Removed] called he didn't want to hear anything from us just that he was upset and he was going to trash us on Angie's list. I personally reject this review as [Member Name Removed] was never quoted a price and he has never been a customer of Aeon Systems Inc. We are however happy to report that during the time [Member Name Removed] was waiting for a price we kept all our existing customers well serviced providing same day or next day service even after all the recent storms. If you want a local company that really cares about their customers and will go out of there way to try and save you money before just quoting for all new equipment we would be a good choice. If you want a door to door sales guys with installers waiting near buy for a fast install we are not your company. We like to build long lasting relationships with our customers and also like to make sure they receive great service. Greg Wright CEO/General Manager"

After experiencing the "door-to-door guys" I switched to Aeon when the old contract was up. Aeon Systems does not require a contract and they can probably program your existing system to work with their network. And, if you are a do-it-yourself kind of person (if you know what you are doing) they don't gripe if you add a sensor or two yourself to your system. When I switched to their service, the owner of the company came out. If you refer them to friends or family they will add a month or two credit to your account.

I have had our alarm monitoring through Aeon since 2010. My main gripe with alarm companies is that most require a contract. This providor gave me a fantastic montly rate with no contracts at all. The owner (Greg) came out at that time and did the re-programming to have our existing system call their central station. I have never had any negative experience with them, they work with me a few times a year to test the system, and they don't have a problem with me doing my own maintenance or adding sensors on my own. I have since recommended them to my neighbors, who have been with Aeon for a few years now. They have a nice referral bonus as well!
