They’ve been great. Everything looked beautiful afterwards. I would recommend them to a friend. There’s always a room improvement. They broke a couple of sprinkler heads and they went out and repaired it on the sport right away and put them in.

I was satisfied.  They did a good job.  It was a messed up yard and they really did a good job.  I was satisfied and the price was very good.  He was doing my neighbor's yard and I checked to see if he was on Angie's List, and he was.  So I decided to hire him.  He came over that day to talk to me.  He was really good.  They were cutting the neighbor's yard and I was doing my own yard, but I couldn't do it.  I asked if they could do the grass, they had other jobs to do but they fit me in that day.  The owner came back in the afternoon and talked to me and left an estimate for me.  I was impressed.

Company does a good job and offers a good range of ad hoc services.

As they never got contacted with me with an estimate, no services were performed.

They come out once a week on their own schedule and mow the yard. They do pretty good work. The do good on clean up as well. There have been times when they have trimmed some things I didn't want trimmed, but that was simply do to a communication error. They are generally nice when they are at my home as well.

Fantastic service! Maybe not the cheapest in town but with Manuel Acosta and team, you get what you pay for. His crew showed up on time, delivered outstanding work, cleaned up properly and left us with a great looking patio. His company also held the contract with our HOA for landscaping so I would see his team around our property for years and they always did great work. I was sorry to see them leave as were my neighbors. Manuel has an eye for detail and is a class A gentleman. We would use them in the future and recommend Acosta to all close friends.

I loved them. I called and they called right back. I let them know what I needed and they did exactly what I wanted done. I will used from now on andI will recomend them to anybody who needs their lawn work done.

There are no unresolved issues with Acosta. They are very good, professional, and polite. They are very nice and easy to deal with. Sometimes language barriers are problems, but not often. I think that their prices are very reasonable. They do very good work. They are responsive and reliable. They do what they promise.

The lawn is still lumpy and half dead. They won't come back out, and they won't answer. They keep saying they are going to come out and never do. I called them and told them that if they didn't do something in a week or so I was going to be sending out letters, and I never heard a word from them. I guess they aren't too interested in solving the problem. I wrote them a letter and actually sent them pictures so they could see how bad the lawn looked, and they still didn't call us back or do anything. I gave everything a chance like they said, and it is still lumpy and now almost looks dead. It looks terrible. There are runners all over the yard, and they won t come out or do anything for me. He tried to blame it on our fertilizer and this and that. Well, the rest of the grass is doing fine; we had a whole back section that we didn t do anything with and that grass is doing fine. I m really upset with them. They are real nice on the phone saying everything they will do, but then we never hear from them or see them. I don t think their price is cheap, but I don t know if they are over the top. The salesman was really nice when he came out and told us everything that they were going to do. They are real sorry about everything but they never do anything about it. They were real good when they wanted our business. They come across very professional until you have problems. I want people to know now to use them because they won t make it right, even with their year guarantee. I kept holding off on making a report on them to see if they were going to do anything, and they still haven t. I had another gentleman come over and do some lawn work for me and everything he did is still living; the only thing they did that is still living is the dogwood tree. They didn t take any roots out or anything when they came out like they were supposed to, they just covered them up. They wanted to take over our lawn maintenance, and I m not going to hire somebody that does this bad of a job to do my lawn maintenance.

If there was ever an issue I could call and they would always get back to me. Issues have always been resolved. I have been pleased with them and continue to use them. I have never had a problem with them. I have always been impressed by what they do.
