+ -1 moreMr. Ward finished the work on February 18th, 2007, and all looked perfect until 3 days after he left. At that time, the gel-coat began to peel off. We called him immediately and were told he would be out within a week, but we never heard back from him. Calls to him remain unanswered and unreturned.
Description of Work: Mr. Ward drained our pool, repaired cracks and resurfaced the pool inside with a Gel-Coat sealant, which was rolled on similar to an epoxy paint. He also retiled the pool, repaired cracks in the decking around the pool, and sealed the decking. He also replaced the pumps and filter. The only problem we have is with the Gel-Coat, which began flaking and peeling off three days after the work was completed. Everything else is fine.
