Deck or Porch Repair
If you are looking for a sturdy well-built deck, Accessoryâ s crew did a good job. They were hardworking, knowledgeable and punctual. They cleaned up the site and hauled off the old lumber too. The initial plan was to repair our old deck, so they carefully deconstructed areas on it for an assessment. It became obvious it needed a complete teardown and rebuild though. The owner, Juan, took me through the reasons why it failed, pointing out the lack of cross supports, etc. He was thorough in explaining how the new deck would be supported, where the posts would be placed, and how the new stairs would be built. He listened to my concerns and was open to adjustments. It may be that I have a high bar but I canâ t give 5 stars; more like 4.25 stars because during the initial discussions with Juan, I was given the impression that I could expect â finish-out carpentryâ type of detail and there were areas that werenâ t quite square or didnâ t line up perfectly. But all in all, I got a great looking deck and Iâ m pleased.

Way too overpriced, only stained down to the dirt, left screws everywhere for my dogs to step on. I would not hire again.

"We offered to come out and re-stain the two pickets. She declined to have us come out. We offered to come back and pick up the screws that we had left there by someone else. I used nails to build my fences. She happily agreed to pay, and she paid upon completion after she looked over the entire project. Also, if something is not right, I will happily come out and repair anything that is not satisfactory. I did not get these fives by accident. I am so sorry that you are not happy and I am available to come out should you change your mind and want us to fix it to your satisfaction."

We had a few other projects. Juan and David did a great job. Our deck almost looks brand new. Their quality of work is outstanding! They replaced our attic stairs. It is now safe to go up there. I will definitely hire them again.
