AAA TILE & GROUT SERVICES

Not that well, after they finished the tiling they said that I needed to put everything back on even thought they took everything off so I had to fit, caulk and line up the shower door, fittings etc. The worst part though is that I noticed that the bottom of the shower cracked all the way around the base. I called them several times and even left vm but they never called back. I would stay FAR AWAY from these people, not good to do business with.

He took the time to do a good job, very professional guy.  He gave me a free estimate and showed up on time and did exactly as quoted me.  No surprises!

Derek and his wife showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. They charged exactly what they originally quoted when they came out and reviewed the work to be done.
I wanted to use a specific brand of solvent-based impregnating granite sealer and color enhancer/impregnator that AAA doesn't carry, and they had no problem with that.   I purchased both products online, and AAA split the cost with me. When they were done, they left the remaining sealer & color enhancer with me, as I had requested.
After they finished, Derek was careful to give me instructions on how long to wait before placing things back on the countertops and how long before the backsplashes could get wet.

Derek came out on Jan 25th, took measurements, took a lot of time to ensure color matching of the grout, told us exactly what would be done, and scheduled the work for Feb 12th. Not only did they perform all that he said they would do, but realized that the "repairs" by the previous contractor were not going to last very long. Using a dremel tool, he removed all the "bad" grout repairs, and mixed and installed new grout. I had to go to work, but my wife informed me they did a perfect job of blending, matching and sealing the entire area. Also, unlike the first contractor adding for each little additional item, Derek didn't charge for the removal of the bad grout, even though I fully expected him to do so.
The finished product is outstanding, color matched perfectly. We had one very small area that needed touching up, and Derek returned two days later and did so. Exceptional job and exceptional people.

They did a great job.  They showed up at the agreed to time and took a look at the work needed to be done and let us know what the cost would be.  They then completed the work in the bathroom, cleaned up and then completed the work in the kitchen.

A wonderful experience. I was looking at 1,000's to replace ugly tile and grout. I was amazed. Derek and his wife, Debra, were very professional and knowledgeable. They are coming again to tackle travertine in the entry. I was very pleased.

I emailed Derek to see if they would come from Arlington to Garland to give me a quote. He came over 2 days later to quote. I got several quotes. He was not the cheapest by a bit, but not the most expensive and the reviews were impressive, so I decided to go with him and Debra. We set the work date around both of our schedules. They called from the car to confirm that I was ready. They arrived promptly. They did a great job and were very respectful of my house. They were careful bringing in the equipment, etc. The work went faster than expected and they finished an hour sooner than quoted. The floor looked as good as it has ever looked. I enjoyed having D&D in my home and would highly recommend them.

They were actually early for the estimate (called first to make sure that was OK) and right on time for the work. This is a husband and wife team who work very well together. This is back breaking work and both of them were hard at it the entire time, with one finishing up an area as the other started the next. They finished very close to the time projected and everything looked like new again.

Very well. Shower looks new and entryway tile and grout looks like never been walked on.

This company set up a time for an estimate and tried to call me the morning of and I wasn't home so they didn't show up. He did come right out when I called him back though. He has completed one bathroom and we are having him back soon to do 3 more rooms. He also broke down the price for me. He works around my schedule and did do the work for the price he quoted.

They were on time and the quality of work was excellent. They knew what they were doing and were very professional. I was happy with the service because they got right to work and answered all of my questions. There were no problems or surprises and I was pleased with the whole job.

They were prompt for the estimate. Prompt for their appointment. Their work was quick and efficient. They were very helpful as to care of the tile, after the job was done. They were a very nice hard working couple. I would recommend them to anyone else, who is in need of tile and grout repair.

Derek came out early in the week to do an assessment and give me an estimate. He then followed up promptly for scheduling. Then at the appointed time, Derek and his wife showed up and worked as a team to do the work. The work was done very well and according to the time and cost estimates. Both Derek and his wife very pleasant to talk to and dealt with me very professionally. Highly recommended!

Derek and his assistant were very professional. They arrived a little late for the estimate, but called ahead to let me know they were stuck in traffic. Their estimate was very fair, the website had some great examples of the type of work I wanted done. I had them do the master bath shower and a test area of the ceramic tile I wanted cleaned/sealed. Derek took before & after pictures of the test area so that my husband could review the work, too. They worked quickly but diligently on both jobs and I am very pleased overall.

They did an excellent job. Plus, they are prompt, courteous, and friendly. The price was competitive to other bids I received for the work. No complaints whatsoever. I definitely recommend them.
