In general, this company did their work efficiently and professionally. However, there was one period of several months when the bugs kept coming back and they were not very prompt in scheduling service to deal with these problems. Recently, I changed service providers because another company gave me a better offer.

They scheduled an appointment on Saturday which is more convenient for me. They actually called to see if they could come early which was a great surprise. The technician was very professional, answered my questions and completed his work in a timely manner. It rained later in the day so I was worried that the treatment would not be effective. When I called to express my concern, they immediately set up a new appointment to come out and spray again at no cost to me. I was very impressed with this service and appreciated their customer service.

The price is for a yearly contract. They come out twice and any other time I see a bug I can call them.

I WOULD RATE PEST PRO INC. WITH REASONABLE PRICES, AND VERY GOOD SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY REPEAT MY BUSINESS WITH THEM, AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE HAVE USED A PEST PRO FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH SERVICE. IT IS THE ONLY SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH GETTING RID OF ROACHES.

SINCE I STARTED USING THEM TWO YEARS AGO, I HAVE NO BUGS AT ALL. INCLUDES INSIDE, OUTSIDE AND ATTIC TREATMENT. DORMANT OIL SPRAY FOR LANDSCAPING, RODENT BAIT IN ATTIC/GARAGE, FIRE ANT TREATMENTS, ANYTHING YOU HAVE, THEY WILL GET RID OF. $430 IS THE YEARLY FEE, DESPITE THE NUMBER OF VISITS REQUIRED. ON TIME OR EARLY AND EASY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AROUND MY SCHEDULE. WILL COME OUT AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL PROBLEM IS SOLVED WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST.
