"1) Assess/audit sprinkler condition. Deck had been built over existing irrigation. 2 heads were not functioning requireing replacement. 1 pipe leak in area of heavy root impaction. Client was told the root impaction would make the repair costly. Client consented to repair. It began to rain so a return trip was schedule. 1 week later I returned to make repairs as agreed. A chainsaw and 1 hour was required to make just 1 repair issue, the others whent smoothly. The charges were fair and justified based on time, materials, and tools used."
