A & A HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

David has taken care of our home heating and air-conditioning units for over 15 years. In addition, he took care of the units in my parents' home before their deaths so, he has worked for our family many times. David IS A&A. He answers the phone, schedules appointments, performs the service and does the accounting. So when he says he will arrive at a certain time, you can be sure there is no miscommunication between dispatcher and serviceman. David is always on time and usually arrives within a day or two of a call. If it is an emergency, which in Texas means no A/C with 100 degree plus weather, David will always come within 24 hours. David's work has always been exemplary, even when our thermostat developed a gremlin that defied his first 3 efforts to correct. He kept coming back, at no additional charge, until he finally got the unit to work properly. I never mind having David working throughout the house, even when I am here alone, as he is very professional and efficient. His prices seem very reasonable, even with the current economy, and we will continue to count on him to take care of all our heating and air-conditioning needs as long as we live here.
