Good overall evaluation of existing equipment including age, condition, and cost of repair vs replacing the unit. Informative discussion of economic factors including recoupment of costs through energy savings. Work included complete replacement of old R22 unit with new code compliant system and installation of new ducts in rooms that were underserved. This was at Owner's request on the initial scope of work, and was not an up-sell. Work crew was professional, on time and kept the area clean and safe from any hazards. Carpet protectors were used. System was tested satisfactory and final walk-thru performed at completion of the job.
