Excellent. Tom was very responsive and completed the job very quickly. The wall closest to my computer was an external wall so he couldn't install it there but he provided several good options. I was very happy with the service

Tom was great. He did everything he said he would do. Came back to do more work I needed done. Was on time & charged only the amount he quoted. I should of written this review when he did the work but just got busy with life. Now I need more work done & I've looked his info up again to have him back out to hook up my new computers.

I will definitely call again if I need networking help.  My house is now wired with cat6 exactly like I requested and I couldn't be happier.

Tom came out to give me a quote a few days earlier.  I thought his prices were reasonable so the next day I sent him an email and we scheduled a day and time.   He said we show up around 9am and surprisingly he arrive a little before 9am.  I am use to contractors showing up after the agreed upon time.  So this was a nice surprise.
Once he arrived we went over on where I want the network drops and he went to work.  The job was pretty much an all day event which I expected.  Everyone once in a while I would ask him how things were going.  He would let me know how things were going and then went back to the job at hand.
He didn't leave until I was satisfied.  I'm definitely going to recommend Tom and 48 technologies to friends an colleagues.  Anytime send an email I receive quick replies.   I would echo what others have said that he is big on customer service.

Tom Cloud with 48 Technologies contacted me, he advised me of the procedure he would be using for my Remote Computer Analysis and Clean Up...Tom walked me through everything that i needed to do and complete prior to his Remote Entry into my Computer...Tom explained what the Software Installation would do for my Computer...Tom analyzed (along with the Software identifying problems, and then resolving the issue) some of which included uninstalling inappropriate Software...Tom was very Professional, he went about his task at hand. Tom also told me that upon completion of his task, he would call me and outline everything that he had done. Actually i watched here at my home office, as the "PC Clean Up" was taking place. I actually became a Member of Angie's List this Morning. Brant in Customer Service, explained the Costs, Values and Benefits of being an Angie's List Member. His confidence in the Product that he was recommended was in "No Way" Exaggerated. I am very pleased with 48 Technologies, Tom Cloud not only met my expectations, but indeed exceeded them. I would "Highly Recommend" 48 Technologies for any of your Computer "Ills". I had windows popping up, pages opening up, constantly being re-directed to Web Sites that I had no desire to visit. I honestly have not received "This Level of Customer Service" in, well, I can't even remember when. Having worked in the Customer Service Specialist Industry myself; as well as having Authored Customer Service Guidelines for a Leading Company here in Texas, I was totally Blown Away by the Results of 48 Technologies. I will recommend this Company and Their Technology Services to my Business Associates as well as Friends and Family members....Thank you Brant at Angie's List...and Thank you so very much Tom Cloud at 48 Technologies...

I haven't received this level of customer service in a very long time! Tom took care of me and he was absolutely fabulous! He walked me through everything, accessed my computer remotely, did everything he said he would, and was polite and professional. He also didn't try to rip me off which I really appreciate since I don't do much with computers. I am so greatful and I will absolutely use and recommend them in the future.

Tom was great to work with. He picked up my laptop promptly and updated me on progress periodically. Though the result was not ideal due to faulty equipment, I don't have any doubt that Tom did everything he could to recover my data from my hard drive. He returned my laptop in a timely manner with a reinstalled operating system and new hard drive. I will definitely call him again if I run into computer issues and will recommended his services to friends and colleagues.

It went perfectly. All the work was done in the promised time and within the agreed upon bugdet.
