We had a disappointing experience with Phil's Fine Furniture and Cabinetry (PFFC). We hired them to design and install garage cabinets, paying a $2,175 deposit on 11/2/2024. After the deposit, PFFC was to provide drawings for review and final signoff before production started. Despite follow-ups, no drawings were delivered. Shallon Beckman, the manager, promised drawings multiple times but failed to deliver. We canceled on 11/26/2024 and were assured a refund within weeks. Despite reminders, no refund has been issued. As of this review, PFFC has been ghosting us and has not refunded our money. We will now pursue legal action. Previously, we hired PFFC for an in-wall unit and barn doors. Both were poorly crafted, requiring multiple corrections. Issues included a burnt electrical outlet, misdrilled handle holes, wrong materials, and poor staining. For barn doors, they left gaps, used uneven painting, and required us to buy missing hardware.

Phillip took my design and made it a reality. The final product provided is fantastic, which included custom cabinetry and wainscoting. Phillip himself is enjoyable to work with.

Phil's Fine Cabinetry custom built our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen renovation. Phil prepared a fantastic computer model of the design and was very helpful with wood types and stains. We are so happy with our beautiful cabinets and drawers! Our only complaint is that he didn't have them installed in time for the counter top measurements, which put us a little behind, but overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend him!
