 + -1 moreCalled for a consult appointment and was told it was $80 just to come out and look at the property and to call 1-2-Tree for any "work" that needed done. Had appointment set up with Tom and no one showed up or even bothered to call. When I called them I was told that they were "stuck in major traffic" - but could not take the time to call and let me know they were running late or not even coming?? Very unprofessional. When I first left a message to set up the initial consult I wasn't called back until the next day and was told that I was being called because they weren't sure if they had contacted me yet or not... seriously? I guess they are busy enough and make enough $ to treat potential customers like crap.
Description of Work: Was supposed to visit the property and do a consult on trees to see what may need removed, what trees were dead or diseased, etc.
