They are wonderful and I have them since 2007. They are always on time and professional. They also call every time before they come and give me estimated time of arrival.

Repaired Air Conditioning issue that was covered by warranty. I have been using NTHand A for about 10 years now. All of my A/C units ( Rentals and Home) are on their PMI program and it works very well.

It took two days from the time that I talked to them to get the system in so that was very nice. They offered a rebate through Carrier and they did the paper work on that and they deducted that from the initial cost which was nice. The rebate was over a $1,000.00. I was really happy with their service. They let me know that these systems usually pay themselves off in eight to ten years and I was having some pretty large utility bills before this.

I have used North Texas Heating and Air for many years. Rodney sold me my Air Purification units and a humidifier. In hindsight, the humidifier was unnecessary but I didn't know that at the time. Rodney's guys must have installed the humidifier improperly because it leaked through the attic/ceiling twice in 3 years. Rodney took care of all repairs quickly and he covered all costs both times. The second time it happened, he sent out his expert who reconfigured the ductwork, etc. No problems for the past 5 years. North Texas Heating and Air comes to my home twice a year to do Winter and Summer maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and better than the other companies that I contacted. I always requested Jake (who has retired now) and I was happy with the last technician that came to my home (I cannot remember his name). I do not recommend John-Paul. I always have to doublecheck his work (i.e. he forgets to turn A/C unit back on). I trust the guys at North Texas Heating and Air to give me prompt service and to always be there when they say they will. They are also willing and able to come out in emergency situations. One thing that Rodney needs to work on is that he needs to follow up with his customers more often. The last 3 times that the guys have come out, they have made a note about something that needs to be looked at up in the attic. No one ever calls me so I don't know if his guys actually tell Rodney or whether Rodney doesn't have the time. The issue isn't a big deal and I end up forgetting about it until the next maintenance visit. The office staff are professional, helpful and always very courteous. I will continue to use North Texas Heating and Air.

They did a very good job. We have used them before. They cost less than the competitor for a contract to do annual servicing for the heat and A/C.

I can't express my pleasure enough. I was pretty stressed out as we are right in the middle of a move and putting our house on the market. Then, not having AC for the upstairs meant we had to re-arrange things so my kids could sleep downstairs. Not to mention just the pure fear of having to call an HVAC company and worrying about being taken for a ride was upon us. North Texas was nothing but professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Their tech, Buddy, made the whole thing an actually enjoyable experience and took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them and feel they are definitely a trustworthy choice.

We called in the service tech when the original unit wasn't working at the beginning of the season (that's June for me). He determined that the compressor was bad and suggested that a new unit might be more cost-effective than repairing the failed component. I'd gotten quotes last year for new units (there are 2 x 3 ton units and a 5 ton unit for this house) and knew that it was probably wise to replace this unit, instead of putting bandaids on it, particularly since the unit was of low (10 SEER) efficiency. I talked at length to the office manager about options - I could have gotten away with replacing the outdoor unit only, for about $3500, but that would have left me with an old coil and furnace inside, ready to break down any time, so I elected to replace everything and get myself covered. The price came in as quoted and there was a vendor rebate subtracted from the total cost. Some additional duct work was required, but there was no additional cost. I had my new unit working less than a week after I agreed to the deal. They were very flexible about the payment schedule.

I had the best experience with North Texas Heating and Air. They did a very good job and a reasonable price. They were here when they said they were going to be and very kind and did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. Have had no issues with them or the system they installed. A very high quality system and a high quality company. I had a carrier infinti 16 seer system installed. Thank You, David Proctor

The company, despite multiple requests, failed to perform the required calculations to size the unit and ended up installing an over sized unit. This cost more to purchase and costs a lot more to run. This is a common practice among dishonest A/C contractors so beware.
Response from NORTH TEXAS HEATING AND AIR
"Our company did perform a load calculation on your home and the correct unit was installed. We run loads on every new home that we do installations for, it is common practice for us. So far it has not been incorrect. I do not believe that our company could hold a positive reputation for 13 years if we were a dishonest company. I'm sorry if you are disappointed in our service, but I believe we have been very responsive and prompt to the requests that you may have had. Our number one priority is to keep our customers satisfied and happy. If you believe that you have unusually high electric bills or that the system is running constantly then your unit may not be functioning properly. I would think that it is running correctly since the system was started in May, we have had one call back and it was just to do some minor adjustments to your dampers. Otherwise, you should have a very reasonable electric bill because of the way that your system operates and its level of efficiency. In this case, the member submitted a complaint to Angie’s List against North Texas Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. alleging that an air conditioning system with greater capacity than needed was installed in his home; however, there was no contract agreement between North Texas Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and this member. The system installed was the model requested and approved by the home builder which constructed the home. And if this member has any complaint, it should be made against his home builder. But, regardless of the above matters, a licensed professional engineer was consulted who advised that the HVAC system as installed was correctly sized."
