We've been using Glen for over 10 years.  His rates are very reasonable, he is a pleasure to deal with, and he does what he says he will.  He and his crew take care to not disturb existing flowers and shrubs and are meticulous in cleaning up after they have completed.  I can't recommend highly enough.

Glen and his crew are very professional. Glen worked around my schedule and did an amazing job. Our very large but very sick hackberry tree was removed, the stump was ground down and the ground. The process was smooth and the area was left clean.

He spent a great deal of time trimming and making sure the tree was shaped perfectly. He also trimmed some branches from an adjoining tree. We have used him in the past to cut down trees. There is no other tree service that is as good as his. He is a perfectionist and very reasonable.

There's nothing not to like about GLEN BAYS TREE REMOVAL and TRIMMING. He's hard-working. He brought one helper with him. They were really fast. They brought the proper equipment and got it done. I have nothing bad to say about him. In fact, I'm having him back in August to take down another tree for me. He's the best tree service I've ever dealt with.

Start to finish was a smooth flow. Called for an estimate. Glen was out next day. I was getting other estimates and told him I would contact him when I knew who we would go with. Waited for two days until all estimates were in, and called him. Received a phone call next day and told they would be out that day. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. Clean up was excellent and asked if there was anything else he could do. His price was excellent for what we needed done.

Glen removed two large dead trees from property. Was very professional and organized.

Glen was great! He accomodated my schedule - he said that he'd come over at a time of day that would work for me. I really appreciated that. His price was reasonable for what I needed done and he was pleasant to deal with.

Glenn and his guys arrived when scheduled and went right to work. They were pleasant and lost no time in getting the job and the cleanup done. They finished in approximately 2 hours. I will use this company again should the need arise and will recommend it to my family and friends.

I was in a real bind. Unfortunately, I had to fire my landscaper over the weekend. (NOT Glen Bays, but a different general landscaping company) That put me in a bind with a carpenter who was coming out for another project in my yard on Tuesday. I needed three large hollies removed before the carpenter could get to work.

I called Glen Bays and 2 other tree removal companies first thing Monday morning.

I did get a prompt response from another company who came right out to look at the work within a few hours of my call. But, despite that other company's similarly reasonable prices and quick, professional, friendly response, I went with Glen Bays because they were able to do the work that same day and their prices were good. (The other company couldn't start for 2 days.) Plus, Justin (the guy who did the work) struck me as a great communicator, very hard-working, and very ethical.

I was not disappointed! Justin showed up at my door unannounced, gave me an estimate on the spot, headed right out to get his stump grinder and truck, and within two hours, the work was done! Easy, peasy! -- for me, that is. Justin worked so hard that he caught the attention of my new landscaper who was giving me an estimate at the time! It is no wonder that the new landscaper was impressed. Justin is truly a cut above! He was good at what he did. He was sharp. He was honest. He was exactly the type of person that everybody would like to hire.

Since all of this was done short-notice, I didn't have cash on hand. I offered to run to the bank to get Justin some cash, or I could give him a check. But I couldn't pay him on the spot if he wanted the cash. Well, even though I would have been happy to meet him later on that evening to give him the cash, he offered to come back by to my place in a few hours to get it. And that's what he did. As advertised. He came back by a few hours later ... and then he tried to refuse the tip that he clearly deserved!

The work was great, and they were great on the cleanup too. They did a really good job of the grinding. The family across the street also had grinding done. Glen gave me tips on what can happen when little things grow up from roots later on and what to do about it, so I was pleased with that. He seemed very professional. I felt really good about both him and the person who helped him. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

He showed up on time and did the work we agreed at the price we agreed. Very professional.

They did a great job on removal and trimming. They removed all of the trash tree cuttings and the tree stump.
