The price is very good. One of the vet's there specializes in English Bulldogs. I have been using them ever since I moved here. They are very good with my dogs. I think their price is reasonable.

In general the quality of the care per se is good. However a simple visit takes forever. You talk to the technician, explain everything, you wait forever for the ver to show up, and then you explain everything again, like the technician never talked to the vet. So what is the point? Then you go through the pricing phase which typically requires 2 other interactions with the technician, with the corresponding waiting times in between. It feels like only their time is valuable and yours is disposable.
After being there for at least 90+ minutes when you see the vet for about 5, no wonder they have to charge so much. You have to cover the cost of their inefficiency.

They are very good and very reasonable. The doctors are very friendly, and they love animals. My dogs actually love them. They are very professional, and again they are reasonably priced. In addition, their office is very nice. Whenever I call them for my horse, they come out in just minutes. That is very important for large animal owners. My horse got his shot with them last month. Their rate is very reasonable. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They offered several levels of service from just dropping off to staying with the entire time. We could bring him home to bury him, have him cremated, bring him home in a nice bag, or bring him home in a nice cedar box with his name engraved in a plate on top. We chose the highest option, hence the higher price. The lowest option was less than $70. When we arrived, they were very discreet and professional. They allowed us all to be there with him the whole time from beginning to end and did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing them by having a big family in the room. Once it was over, we were asked to stay in the room as long as we needed. They followed up with a phone call a day later, we picked up his remains a week later, a week after that we received a sympathy card in the mail. They made a very unpleasant event more comfortable.

They fixed him up very nicely. The people out there were wonderful; they let us know what it would cost in advance. It was a wonderful experience with a good outcome. It was hard to diagnose some of his problems, but they did a good job.

When the vet was just starting out years ago, we were one of her first customers. She did everything she could to try to save my dog and make her comfortable. She consulted professors and other professionals. In the end my dog was suffering to much. She drove all the way to my home to put my dog down. Calli was in her own bed and not afraid when she was put to sleep. Dr. Pierson tried so hard to be professional, but starting crying, also. This is just how compassionate she is in regard to animals. A few days later we received a condolence card signed by her entire staff. Words cannot describe what a wonderful a vet she is.
