RAPID LUBE

I usually get extremely good service. They did some work for my mother-in-law and they did a very good job. They saw an old lady coming and they didn't try to jump her over the hurdles. These people pretty much feel like they live here too and they've got to be able to hold their heads up. They get really busy, but we have to keep that in consideration.

Just went in for a simple inspection but at other places ive waited HOURS so they do live up to their name.

There was one car ahead of me when I went to have my oil changed. While I was waiting my turn in the car, an employee came and greeted me. He wrote my order, asked what kind of oil I wanted, and invited me to wait in the air-conditioned waiting room. It took about 25 minutes for them to finish the car ahead of me and service my car. They put oil in my SUV, topped off all fluids, and brought my ticket inside. The price of $45 and change seemed higher than what I had usually paid in that location, but there had been a recent change of ownership and there were a couple more employees than before. I didn't ask for any special kind of oil, just the Castrol they have in the big tank. I paid with a credit card and was on my way.

The guy that came was able to get my car to start. Many other shops couldn't do so but, he did.

Overall the service is fast,friendly,and at a resonable price.
