Larry Stevens owns and designs tailored and custom tile and painting projects in residential homes, local businesses, public facilities, and many more. We assess labor required and determine the most affordable way to rapidly complete contracts so we may always give unheard of prices for phenomenal tile work and paint. Billing: Total anticipated project quote requires initial deposit to be paid at hire and remaining due at contract completion. Very large and custom jobs may be rated by sq. footage for tile or the area of painting coverage. Fees here are negotiated per customer prior to hire. Acceptable Payment Options: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit, or Paypal. More Services Provided: Tile and Paint is our expertise, but we are well experienced with everything from simple cosmetic home repairs to complete room additions. A customer can request additional services to repair, remodel, or re-design beyond our advertised service. We will be more than happy to accommodate you in improving your property. Material Reimbursement: Receipts are provided with log of items at project completion or periodically during large/lengthy jobs. Extended Travel: We will travel to customize or perfect your project if requested. Please consult with us to design a plan for travel, time frame, and fast project completion.
