I took my 2013 Ford Taurus in for the recall repair to the fuel pump line as recommended by Ford Motor Co. and because my air bag light was on for no reason. As long as it was there, I asked for an oil change since it was time.
I arrived at 7:30 am. Darrell greeted me within 2 minutes and took the information. I went to the waiting room, and within ten minutes Eric came to get me, saying that the repairs would take a while and asking if I'd like a loaner vehicle. It took a few minutes to arrange for the loan of a 2009 Ford Focus and I was on my way.
Darrell called at 4:30 pm and said that the oil was changed and the fuel pump line was repaired. He asked if I'd like to leave the car over the weekend and keep the loaner car so they could start on the air bag light problem first thing on Monday. I opted to retrieve my car and return the loaner car.
I took my car back in on Monday morning. The air bag light problem was fixed and, at my request, the software for the bluetooth system was updated, before noon. I picked up the car and everything was working well. There was no additional charge for this warranty work.

Excellent service was provided in all areas. The office help made all the arrangements for the rental car and even took me to the car rental agency to get the rental car. All work was done in a professional manner and in the time frame that was stated. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing body repair work for their car.

They are our dealers. We feel we got what we paid for. This one goes up to sixty miles an hour on the battery engine. My husband actually works in Corpus Christi so he drives twenty something miles one way to go to work every day. Almost all of it is on the interstate down here because he is going through three towns to get there. If he stays sixty to sixty two miles an hour, he can run on the battery engine. It is a little bit better than the previous but not much. They are very honest and very fair. This is our forth car with them in six years. We have two vehicles and seem like every other year we trade them because we don't keep them that long. It's a constant turn over for us. We live in a smaller town and until my husband's mom moved down with us we did a lot of travelling. We put a good amount of miles on the cars so we don't keep them as long as most people do because we get more miles on them. Typically like somebody that has Corpus Christi driving.

They are able to customize the vehicle to what you like. They have the utmost accountability, professionalism, and integrity and are the perfect business to deal with. Anything I've had wrong with my cars, no matter how small, they don't stop until it's fixed and take care of whatever your needs are. The people that did the most for me were the salesman, Leslie Cole and also Pam Howard who helped with the insurance, license, and warranties.
