It was a very good experience. We had been looking for property in the area for five or six years and we were being pretty picky. We wanted to get what we wanted because we were going to retire here. We just happened to get in to that realty office and the secretary happened to know about this property here. We just happened to get in at the right time. The agent at the time did an excellent job for us. She was very conscientious and went around with us to six different properties. I would rate them overall a B.
