I texted message with details...want windows washed inside and out. One story house, 14 windows, and to schedule appointment. I had already checked Angie's list and reviews so was ready to hire this man. He came back with a price. I said fine, can we schedule a date? He asked for my address, which I gave and I heard no more. I called back several days later and was told he did not get my full text. Evidently he has bad experience with competitors asking for prices and thought that's what this was. Once that was explained we set a date which happened to be the day we had pouring rain. We rescheduled. Bruce texted me an hour before his arrival time. He arrived on time. He looked around the house at the windows and explained his system. He and his wife work together and are obviously practiced at this. She does outside, he does inside. They were quiet and efficient. Bruce wore paper booties over his shoes, which he removed every time he went outside and replaced when he came in. The work was done in less than two hours and ended up costing less than his original estimate. There was not a spot on any of my windows when they left. I will be hiring Clear Choice again without a doubt.

It was a very good experience and he was very good. It was one man and it is his own business. He walked around quietly and cleaned up after himself and moved anything back that he had to move. I am going to refer him to my mother.
