We are a General Contractor, specializing in Residential roofing repair and replacement. We are also Custom Home Builders, specializing in raised construction on pilings near the water. Our crew can build a dock for you or repair your dock as well as bulkhead construction. Our other area of specialty is remodeling interior and exterior. We do a lot of re-siding, window replacements, painting services with our expertise in coastal conditions, we can advise you on what types of materials and applications are most durable on the coast. We are experts in coastal construction and build to Texas Windstorm Specifications.

Scott Beard has been our contractor since we bought our house in Rockport in 2014, and his company has done a variety of work for us. There have a number of times in which we've needed urgent, sometime major repairs and Scott has always been there for us. The work has always been high quality and timely (or at least within reason). I really appreciate his attention to the projects in-progress and follow-up afterwards especially since we are remote -- this was particularly true after Hurricane Harvey. Highly recommend Aransas Roofing and Construction.

It’s really great to find a totally honest contractor among the vultures that swoop down after major storms hit. He then said “call me when you really need a new roof”. That’s exactly what I will do sir, count on it!!!!!

Cheaper in price is not always cheaper in quality. Mr. Beard (the owner) is not only the consummate gentleman to do business with, but his final product far exceeded expectations. He pointed out defects in prior attempts to fix my roof and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was inspected throughout the process by engineers from Lynn and Associates. Although the project required unforeseen prerequisite repair, he stuck with his bid - over 45% less than two well established roofing companies. You Go, Mr. Beard!
