All of this should of been covered by extended warranty and it was except for the new electrical plug, they claimed it was not from the factory but it was and they didn't care. Was not a large amount of money to argue about so i paid them the extra and left after talking to my salesperson. He did not care either. Probably not buy another car from them anytime soon.

Their customer service is awesome. They worked with me to get the best deal. I was looking for a specific car and I dealt particularly with Jessie Green. I had to wait just a few weeks but he found exactly what I wanted and everything was ready when I went to buy it. It was 15 minutes, in and out. I've done much business with the Aransas Autoplex. I can call and tell them what I want and how much I can spend. If they have it on the lot they call me. If they don't, they find it. I have lived in Texas for 23 years and I have purchased every car I have from them with the exception of two and that was a mistake so I went back to where I belong.They are wonderful.
