VHG Concrete

The owner, Victor, was contracted by my wife to install stamped concrete overlay on our front walkway. There were delays, some due to weather and others caused by Victor just not showing up and my wife would have to track him down. We showed him what we wanted at a house down the street. Our front walk was unusable for approximately 2 weeks when he had told us it was a 3 day job. We accommodated him by paying part in cash and the balance via check. The last thing he told my wife was "if there is anything wrong i'll come back out right away". Unfortunately there was a lot wrong. He spilled stain in numerous locations and the white divider lines between the stone-like areas looks horrible. He has ignored my wife's numerous emails and we are preparing to file Small Claims action to get our money back to have it done correctly. BEWARE!!!! Less
