Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
I've used Jurassic for the past 4 years to handle fertilization and standard lawn treatment. The first couple of years service and results were both quite good. But then service declined and this year has been unacceptable - unprofessional IMO. They often leave a chemical mess behind. One time dumping a gallon of dry fertilizer in the street and just leaving it there. They dump dry fertilizer on the driveway (and sidewalks). On the most recent scheduled visit they didn't treat the backyard. How do I know? We were home and both gates were locked. They didn't knock of ring the doorbell and the bill they left on the front door said they did the entire service. Although when I call they are prompt to address the problems I find the situation completely unacceptable. It is not my job to supervise their personnel. We will stop using their service and find someone else.
