About us

After working in construction for 20+ years, Charles Millner had seen a lot of things. One of which, was the way that many construction/remodeling businesses were run. He noticed that some companies would see their clients as “just a job”, settle for mediocrity, and then charge their clients a fortune for careless, lackluster work. This didn’t sit well with Charles, so with his son Brent he founded C&M Remodeling. It was decided that our company would treat our clients like people, with compassion for their situations, and that we would perform nothing less than top-notch work.

C&M was recommended to me by a former neighbor. Charles and his team have : replaced floors, remodeled my kitchen, tiled my porch, replaced and widened doorways, replaced windows.. I am very pleased with them! Trustworthy, on time, thorough, budget considerate! I will NEVER use anyone else!
