Kurt came out on very short notice when we had an active, flowing leak. They repaired the line quickly and professionally. I'm pleased they didn't charge me an emergency trip charge even though they came quickly and we had running water. They cleaned up the yard and sidewalk when they were done. I will use them again.

I was out of town when my neighbor called to tell me that I had a major leak in my sprinkler system. Although Behren's was booked solid for over a week, they came that same day to turn off the system to stop the water from flowing and then returned the next day (a Sunday!) to repair the leak and turn the system back on so my yard would not suffer in the Texas summer heat. I am thrilled with their response and their work. I asked them to come out again when I returned home to check out the entire system because some areas were not getting the coverage needed to keep my lawn from "browning out" in some places. They checked out everything and  even set the main control to the schedule that will provide the best coverage for my lawn. Behren's could not have been a better choice! They will be my "go to" company from now on and I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors!

It went very well! I called him on Friday and he tried to fit me in on Friday and Saturday but was unable to due to his busy schedule. I received a call that jobs had taken him longer than expected, which I appreciated. Not everyone has that courtesy.. We and quot;rescheduledand quot; for today at 10:00 and I asked for a thirty minute heads up call. Kurt called me when he was on the way and arrived promptly. He gave me a general idea of the cost and worked very efficiently. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He asked which day was our watering day and set up the new box accordingly. This is the second time I've had Kurt do work for me. The first time was when I saw him at a neighbor's house, which reminded me that I had a leak in one of my sprinkler zones. I approached him and told him what was going on and asked him if he had time to look at it. An hour later, the leak was fixed and for a very reasonable price. I will recommend him to any of my friends/acquaintances that need sprinkler repair/work.

Dogs had pulled sprinkler wiring out of the ground, leaving most of my system offline. Repair took less than an hour, followed by a complete system test in which he also adjusted the spray heads. I'm very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

The quality of service was very good. They came the same day. He came and was gone in less than an hour.

Kurt was patient as he walked me through closing the shutoff valve, although it was close to 10 pm. He scheduled a time to come by the next day and arrived within 20 minutes of when he said he would. Professional and courteous. Completed the repair within an hour, then showed me what he had done and why.
