They did show up with same day call but I was told there was a crew and it was one man and one woman.They carried in all kinds of supplies including a vacuum cleaner that was never turned on.All that was accomplished was most of the lower interior windows cleaned, most furniture dusted and a wet mop dragged over the floors, I have two and a half baths and no cleaning was done in any of them. No cleaning in the kitchen.I had to sweep/vacuum afterwards because I was walking on all kinds of dirt.My house is about 3000 sq ft and they were in and out in an hour and a half.
