Brian installed new no bars windows throughout the entire house. We had this work done in two installments. The first was contracted on August 25, 2009 and completed on September 22, 2009. The second installation was contracted on November 29, 2010 and completed just before Christmas. Both times, Brian did not show up on the originally agreed upon dates and had to be called a few times to reschedule. His excuses often involved injured or sick family members. But, we had paid half up front and were determined not to give up. When he got around to doing the work, it was done well.
Then one of the windows that was part of the 2010 job fogged up creating a blurry dirty film between the panes. We started calling Brian to come out and replace the window at the beginning of this summer. After numerous ignored phone calls, he finally came out and measured the window about a month ago and said he would order the replacement right away.
Today is September 22. We have made innumerable phone calls to Brian to schedule the replacement of the window. He has not even bothered to return our calls.
