Mr. Powell is very professional, courteous, and honest.  My central A/C unit had a very bad leak, and I had at first brought in a larger company to provide a repairs estimate. That company told me they couldn't repair it because it wasn't "up to code" and it had to be replaced. The estimate they provided for a new unit was 10K.  I brought Mr. Powell in for a second opinion. He said their assessment was nonsense, and that the leak was just due to a clogged drain pipe. He fixed the problem, and saved me a major investment and hassle in the process.
