The crew showed up on time then began work they remover the old roof anf placed felt down. The next day no one showed to work. (Iwas never given a reasno) the 3rd day the crew showed and I called Mr Teague to check the roof because I specifically requested Valley Flashing and Ice & water Membrane to be put down and neither were.  Mr Teague explained that I did not need these items because they were going to "sew" the shingles. I still requested the Flashing. He said it would be installed. I then left town for work. upon my return the roof had been completed. The "boot" around theexhaust vent for my water heater was placed on backwards leaving the vent pipe pointing to the side instead of being straight up. The Heater vent for the Gas Fornace was never hooked back up and was left laying in the insulation inside my attick.  Mr teague had a person come out and reinstall the Boot. I put the heater vent back on myself.  After everything was complete I needed the certificate for TWIC compteted but Mr Teague did not take care of it. I called him for over a month without him replying to my messages then I called and had a County inspector come out to inspect the room myself so I could complete my insurance requirements. I finally got in touch with Mr Teague and he apologized stating that he head been in the Hospital.   
Now just under 5 years laterI was cleaning the fascia and rain gutters when the Fascis bord (Hardy Brd) fell off, looking inside I see that everything is rotted and that the Valley if leakininto the soffit.  I called Mr Teague and spoke with him, he stated that he would come to look at it the following Wednesday. Mr teague never showed. I have called several times since and after introducing myself have been hung up on.  I have left numerous messages asking when someone would look at the damage, but have never received a return call.  I was never rude or threatening to anyone. I'm not sure why Mr Teagus has'nt followed up.
I did have another Roofing company come out and look at the damage and they informed me that it was the workmanship and failure to apply the "Bituthene Membrane".    
I would not recommend J & J Construction for anything.
