CUT-RATE CARPET

It was a very good service. They were on time, if there's a problem they will come back and fix it. They were reasonable and stand behind their service. I would use them again.

Cut-rate Carpet gave great service. They got the job done quickly. I did have a problem with one of the rooms and they listened. They tore the carpet back up at no charge and reinstalled it. They were a great bunch of guys who did quality work.

Before deciding on Cut - Rate Carpet I shopped around and received three estimates for the flooring work I needed done. The company gave us a fair estimate for tile floor for the three rooms and we were very pleased with their accuracy. The men did a good job getting the work done but we did have a little wait in getting it completed.

Cut-rate Carpet provided good service. They got the job done quickly. It is holding up very well with no visible blemishes. The carpet was a good product. The guys that came out were very courteous and professional. It cost a little more but the job was done right. I don't remember the exact cost.

We picked out new carpet for our house and the sales representative was very helpful and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable and they showed us samples of different grades of carpet. They also explained the warranties and stain resistors. The installation was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available and the carpet installer was right on time. He was very careful when moving the furniture around and cleaned up each room as the finished. He did an excellent job, cleaned up very well and left the house in tiptop shape.

We had carpeting removed and new linoleum put in four rooms by Cut-rate carpet and we are not very satisfied. We had shopped around for other estimated and decided to purchase our linoleum from them as they had good prices. We had to call them back to redo a few things, as the flooring was not done to our liking. There was a major communication problem with the helper and the company did try to make things right.
