So, it still got the initial air conditioning system and we tried it for years to figure out what was going wrong with the air-conditioner and had everybody out. The older man he found the problem right away, and they don't try to sell you a new air-conditioner. If they can fix it they are going to fix it. Whatever is most cost effective for me and not them. That is what I like about them. He is okay. His responsiveness was excellent.
Description of Work: It was hot outside that it wasn't cooling the house. The thermostat would show 72 and it wouldn't get below 76. So, Blaha Heat & Air had to put in some kind of a run capacitor and compressor saver thing. He replaced two parts.

Description of Work: Air Handler Blower was not working. Called in the morning, came over w/in 2 hours. Dianosed the controller board was failed (relay). Picked up a new one in 20 minutes, had the whole job done in 2 hours.

 + -1 moreBlaha Heat and Air Did a very nice job for us and were extremely professional. Their price was very fair and the estimate was free. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, and they even vacuumed the areas they worked in.
Description of Work: We had Blaha Heat and Air rip out the old duct work and install new ductwork in our 1500 square foot home. They neatly put the debris in bags for the trash pick up.
