A Pro Cut Lawn Care & Landscaping

Work down for elderly person and they were not told about the senior discount.  Said that money had to be paid up front.  Wrote check for $1000 and it was cashed immediately.  Work was to start in two days and almost four weeks later they showed up.  Called several times but never received a return call.  After leaving message that they wanted the money back he showed up four days later.  Originally stated that he would rent a machine to dig up lawn, remove top layer of dirt, treat for fungus and let that stay on before coming back and planning new grass.  Would then put in a sprinkler with a timer to water the lawn over several days.  None of this was done.  Two workers showed up at 9:00 am dug up the grass, remove some dirt, don't know if they treated for fungus or not, laid down new grass and left at 6:00.  Did not water the grass since they said the boss would come out and take care of that.  This never happened as well.  This company is not one I would suggest to any of my family or friends.  It all seemed like a scam and taking advantage of an elderly person.  I hope he can sleep at night!

The workers are overworked & underpaid.  They are always exhausted & never received breaks.  They are paid under the table with no withholding, no reporting.  The workers were very good in quality, but had so much work that when asked for a quote for additional work, they didn't even have time.  They are worked 12 hour days, 7 days a week & allowed no time off for family or religious activities.  I would never hire a company who treats their workers so poorly.  It's no wonder their employee turnover is so big.  No one stays with the company for more than a few weeks at a time.
