We were out of town when they painted the cabinets, and when we returned, we thought that the color of the cabinets was too yellow.  We contacted E & N, and they were very willing to "make it right" and returned the next day to speak with us and clarify what we wanted.  They repainted the cabinets to a color that my husband and I agreed on.  Their construction work on the range hood and wainscoting was just wonderful.  We had no complaints at all with the construction part of the work.  They had another contractor do the tile work and it was beautifully done by polite, professional people.  We had a small amount of granite work done and had to wait a couple of days for them to arrive.  They were working  on a much larger project and were actually from the Dallas area (6 hours away).
