Customer service is impeccable.
We had a few glitches but it had to do with my phone....user error.
I have called a couple of times and had their technology tech out in less than two hours.
They made the technology simple enough even for me to understand and use.
Professional, courteous, responsive and economical....all the things I look for in a provider.
I am very pleased and feel very safe with this service.

The company is new but the crew isn't. The staff was experienced and had worked for a security firm and knew their stuff. In fact the owner has something like 30 years in the security business. There were a few minor glitches apparently due to the challenge of bringing their operation up to full speed. That being said they did stay in contact, followed through and completed the job to our satisfaction. Overall they were great to work with and it was a good experience. They are also LOCAL which was important to us. Would recommend them to my friends.

Provider showed up on time every day, worked with our crazy schedule so that we could have someone onsite to open doors etc for them. They got our whole building done within a matter of 3 days and even configured an additional network router for us at no additional charge.
A technician came back at a later date to train us on how to operate the system and make sure we were aware of all the features and that it was the easiest to operate.
The cost of install was much lower than other providers as well as the monthly cost for service.
