The Home Stagers & Design Group is owned by Carol King who has a BS Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and Marketing-Managment. Carol King is also a ArHS (Accredited Home Stager),and Real Estate Investor, Courtney Sander AA, PS is the PR person for The Home Stagers & Design Group. Courtney has a AA Degree in Interior Decor and specializes in Kitchen, Bath & Floor Design. We sub-contract with local Interior Designers, Contractors, and Landscape professionals. We utilize 2-3 Inter Stagers on an as needed basis.

The primary service we offer is Home Staging & Design/Redesign for Realtors, Builders and FSBO homes. We specialize in de-cluttering, de-personalizing, orginaziton of Occupied, Vacant, partial and complete Homes. The computer software we use aids with Interior, Exterior, Redesign and Landscaping. We have a proven track record that is consist with or higher than the National Average sale time of Home Staging of Vacant Homes & Occupied Home sales.

Services we don't offer

We own a significant inventory of furniture and accessories. We utilize local vendors for furniture if we don't have the furniture in our inventory. We work with vendors who provide lower prices for funiture rentals. We Do Not mark up the prices we pay for furniture rental and pass the savings on to our customers. We do not build or sell homes. We work with Home Owners doing For Sale By Owner in all aspects expect the sale of the home, but WE ARE NOT LICE.NSED REALTORS
