Texas Premier Landscape

We called Andrew several times to get him to come out and look at the sprinklers. On the fourth time he finally showed up. He clearly knew that he was working on our property at this time. The sprinklers do not function right after they finished the job. When Andrew showed up he already had an attitude problem and was unwilling to trouble shoot the problems he caused on our sprinklers. We asked him to put our property back to its original condition and repair the sprinklers. He was not professional in any way, he used bad language and said that we would have to get the neighbors to fix our problem. The problem that Texas Premier Landscapers caused by doing work on our property that they  DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO!!! We asked Andrew very politely to troubleshoot the sprinkler system. He then said "I don't need to i know what the F i am doing" and got in his truck and left without a word. We would never recommend this company for any landscape needs.

Andrew McWatters was very professional from the beginning. He listened to our ideas and came up with the most creative design for us. His price was not the lowest but it was very competitive and we felt comfortable with his capabilities. He and his crew completed the job in less time than we originally expected. He is also doing a follow up with us in April to assure all of the plants are in good shape and recheck all of the other facets of the job. I had one little problem with irrigation and he was out within one business day of my call to fix it. We are now discussing a custom water feature with him because we have total faith in his company.
