 Their comment was that the drive gear was out of lineament  and  need replacing for $160.  He also said that the low level sensors were out of lineament.  I did not see and miss a lineament of the drive gear.  I felt that he was taking me down the primrose path and told him that have some else give me a second opinion..  I fixed the low level sensors lineament and it works great.   . 

Our garage door was not rising properly on occasion. Upon closer inspection I realized one of the springs was broken. Texas Overhead Door installed the opener for the previous owners of our home, so I called them to service it. The technician was on time, friendly and very helpful. He explained that the door would work better if both springs were the same age/wear (which I had already determined) so he replaced both springs. It took less time than I had anticipated. I am very satisfied.
