TEXAS CARPET

I wouldn't even give a star but you have to for a review. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in a flooring company!! Trust me go elsewhere. I can't include pics or I would to show the incredibly shoddy work. It has taken more than 6 weeks to have them carpet 4 bedrooms, and put vinyl plank in all other areas of house and they STILL haven't completed job. (House is just under 2000 sq ft) The flooring guys they use do not qualify as professional floor persons and smoke like chimneys inside the home! We had very visible unevenly cut planks, some small areas they just laid planks down with no sealer. Bleu told me we would have to put quarter round down!! Now excuse me, we aren't floor layers the job should be done correctly in the first place and not have the home owner complete the job for their company! The owner -Roger- was contacted next day and so far hasn't done much except make excuses as to why job isn't finished. We have to keep pointing out sloppy and unfinished work. Should not have to micro manage a professional company to complete a job! Take my advice and go elsewhere!! Trust me it isn't worth the problems, or the stress to use this company. There are too many other good companies in town. G. Lawler
