How do I even start with this review?  I cannot imagine a more unprofessional organization and you DO NOT want them to have access to your network or private information!  Things that went wrong:
1.)  I paid for new server software ($800).  They kept it and refused to give it to me, even though I paid for it. 
2.)  They took the components out of a new computer that I purchased and swapped me out with parts that they had laying around, so that they could keep my machine's components.  They at first denied doing this, but once I proved it, they told me that "I didn't need a processor that fast" and they needed those parts more than me.
3.)  When my domain name came up for renewal, they called me to tell me that it needed to be renewed.  They offered to take care of that and just bill me.  When I fired them, they then refused to release the domain to me, as THEY were then the registered owners.  They offered to lease it to me at double the rate they would pay to keep it.
4.)  They took other software that I paid for and refused to return it once they were fired.
5.)  They sold me a "new" server that lasted almost one year.  My new tech learned that the drives were old and had been out of their 4-year warranty for more than 6 years, meaning that they were 10 years old.  That was when I fired therm.
6.)  Email hosting was a nightmare, with outages.
To sum it up, I cannot be more displeased.  I had a 7-year relationship with one of the principal players and a 2-year relationship with the other.  I was lied to so many times, I can't even remember them all!  I have never had a more dissatisfying business relationship.  Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this Company!
