I called and asked this same lady to break down the reciept for me and she was very argumentative. Her response was she upgraded according to the total price I asked about on the internet. I repeated myself THREE times and declined and specified the amount I wanted to spend. There was no question to the fact I wanted the $35.00 plant. So this lady made an unauthorized transaction on my debit card without my consent, this is theft. She said she would go pick up his plant and take him the 35.00 dollar plant, mind you this is 6 days after the plant was delivered. This lady was completely unapologetic and assumed no responsibility for stealing money from me.
