They came when they said they would. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They put up with someone that is not always very good with techy things like TIVOs and had me set up very well by the time they left.

Technician arrived on time, explained what he needed to accomplish to connect our home with internet and a landline for our phone. the technician completed the work as explained and ask if we had any questions about our new services. We were pleased with the service provided and the courtesy of the technician.

Service started at $25 a month. It has gone up since then. They did move it with no charge when I moved. The service is reputed to be the best in town. I would concur with that. I have gone to magic jack for my home and that makes me less grumpy about the increase in monthly cost for my innernet
