Southwest Honda has built a reputation on providing courteous, honest service. Our customers appreciate the way we do business, and we know you will too. Take a moment to read the information below and find out what makes us an exceptional place to buy or service your automobile. In 1970 Honda was just starting out in the car market. They were looking for established Businessmen to open their franchises. Honda Motorcycle dealers and established automotive dealers were recruited and given first opportunity at a dealership. Elmer Brown realized Honda was new in the automotive market, but they had proven themselves well in other markets. Elmer saw potential, so with $100 worth of parts and a sign, he was awarded a franchise. Decades later Elmer's realizations have come true. Sales have grown from 100 vehicles a year in the early 70's to more than 1500 present day. Elmer passed away in September 2002; however Southwest Honda continues to be one of the oldest family owned dealerships in this area and is a part of the Brown Automotive Group. The Brown Automotive Group is managed by his sons, Brian, Kent, and Randy. Kent takes on the day to day operations of this Dealership. Southwest Honda continues to instill in its employees the importance of customer service that has helped build our excellent reputation and community standing.
