Not well. My kitchen sink was ruined even after I told her that she could not use abrasive chemicals on it. It was replaced with an inferior sink. My rugs were never put back in the correct place. Lights and ceiling fans were left on. She didn’t clean under the furniture. I think the problem was the owner. She determined that it would take 2 1/2 hours to clean my house. My house takes a minimum of 3 - 3 1/2 hours to clean. So the cleaners were so rushed they couldn’t go back and double check their work. Multiple housekeepers were sent to my house. They either quit or she fired them. Not a good experience at all.

The team enjoyed cleaning your lovely home and we all felt badly about the mistake with your composite sink...we, of course paid to replace the sink with one you approved and offered to replace it again because you were not happy with the outcome. You refused our offer. We have made important adjustments to our operating procedures to prevent this kind of thing from happening again with composite sinks. Over the course of 12 months of bi-weekly service, we did strive to meet your needs for a clean house checking and rechecking the work only to be disappointed that you still were not satisfied. After the complaints from the last clean which was done by a fantastic cleaner we were again shocked and dismayed that our best efforts weren't enough to satisfy you. It was with a heavy heart that we made the decision to terminate your service, our certified cleaning technicians work hard and our standards and accountability level very high and it hurts that you continually complain and threaten to leave us over tiny issues like your toaster being slightly moved. They moved it to clean it and dump the crumb tray! When I first cleaned for you I dumped a half cup of crumbs out of your toaster that your previous cleaner, who canceled your service too, had left. I apologize that your experience was less than stellar and value any and all legitimate feedback. Our sincere desire is to make our client's life easier and more enjoyable and 99% of the time we achieve that outcome. Thank you for your feedback and best wishes."

Scents of Pride exceeded all expectations! Barbara was so personable and it was clear during the initial consult that she has an eye for detail. She even assured me that our 4 large indoor dogs and kitten were not at all an inconvenience. She came prepared with information on her services, including educational info for the natural products she uses. When I walked through the door after the first cleaning my jaw hit the floor. Everything looked immaculate and smelled so good! They were able to get things clean that I didn't even realize could come clean. And the icing on the cake.... We have our very large bags of dog food delivered to the house and I was surprised to see that they had brought those and some other packages that had been delivered in and stacked them neatly in the foyer. I know it doesn't have anything to do with the cleaning service but it has everything to do with their customer service. Talk about going above and beyond! I will absolutely recommend Scents of Pride Cleaning Co to everyone and I am looking forward to our now scheduled biweekly cleaning.

Scents of Pride has been cleaning my home for six months. I find their price very reasonable for the level of service I get. They are very careful to listen to my detailed instructions for cleaning and laundering clothes. And I can tell that they have done a lot of research concerning how cleaners affect indoor air. They ask the right amount of questions about things that they come upon in my house and are very courteous and professional.

Barbara has cleaned my home on two occasions. She was easy to coordinate with, and responded promptly to texts. She has been punctual and very professional. Both times I was very pleased with how good my house looked after the cleaning. She uses non-toxic cleaning products, and the house looks and feels great after she is done. I will certainly be using Barbara's services again in the future. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a cleaner.

Barbara pointed out places that hadn't been touched in a while. She tackled the jobs quickly. She is a problem solver. Anything she wasn't sure about how to clean, was researched and then run by me for approval! She took the time to listen to me about the cleaning products I use, and incorporate them into her cleaning regimen. She brings her own products and uses what I have, too! Barbara is always looking for ways to make my life easier. I don't worry about a thing while she is cleaning my home. It's such a pleasure to come into a clean house after working all day. She for sure does things well that I don't enjoy doing! (toilets, blinds, cleaning under things...she even moves furniture!)

Barbara did a great job! She worked 7 hrs and left the house beautiful. Barbara uses her own cleaning products and it smelled so clean. She is a hard worker, which was nice to see. I will definitely have her back.

Barbara was absolutely the best. She put my previous two cleaning people to shame. She showed up on time, brought her own cleaning potions and tools and put in a great days work. My house was sparkling and smelled wonderful. And I have two dogs and they liked her and she liked them. If my dogs like you, you're good people! I can't say enough great things about Barbara and she will be coming on a weekly basis now.
