This place was awesome. I hate going to doctors or any medical place because it always seems to take up your whole day and is just awkward period. This place had me in and out within an hour. When I walked in the two girls at the desk Desiree and Brittani were super welcoming and helpful to any question I had (which was a lot today). This made the visit already much less awkward. Shortly after being seated Myra came in and brought me to the back she was super friendly and helpful as well. She asked me thorough questions and listened to every concern or question I had. Shortly after placing me in the room Gabriella bienevedas ( I am unsure how to spell her name) came in she explained everything in detail, what the problem was, causes and things to avoid to prevent problems. I was in and out of there within an hour but I felt like they took the time to genuinely explain things and seem to care. I have never walked out of a medical place feeling satisfied with the wait, service, staff and environment so it really meant a lot. These four girls were all awesome and I cant brag enough on them.

Last year my air conditioner went out and I had about 6 people come to give me and estimate. I called Mr. Ross because a few years earlier he had fixed my sewer line for a lot less than any other estimates I had gotten. His company did an awesome job at a much lower price than the bigger well known companies. When I called him about the air conditioner they came right out to give me an estimate, while a few others told me it would be several days before they could get out there. He ended up replacing the compressor for less than the one other person told me he could do for. The other estimates I was given, they all said the compressor could not be replaced and I would have to replace the whole unit which would have cost me several thousand dollars more. It has been working great.

I've used Ross Plumbing for plumbing issues and heating/air repairs. They are very friendly, very professional, and do a great job. I have used other plumbing companies in the past but I will stick with Ross Plumbing from now on.
