Once work was awarded to Rockholt, we arranged for a time to get started about two weeks into the future. Since my home is empty, this was a relatively straight forward in and out job for them, but it did take 5 days to complete due to all the steps involved.
On day one, he warned me that the work would ruin the paint on the baseboards unless extra precaution were taken. Since i plan to repaint the entire home anyways, I said not to worry. They did blow a breaker in the electrical panel during sanding, but eventually replaced that breaker before leaving the jobsite.
They were cooperative in completing work inside closets and mechanical room which may not have been in their bid without any arguement.
Overall, the finished product looks great, a total reversal of what the floors looked like to start with.

It was quite an experience. The worst part was that the layout of our home made it difficult to live in the house while having the floors done. Would have been much easier to go on vacation while they did the work. They were really great. They did damage a ceiling fan, but happily compensated for it.
