On day one, he warned me that the work would ruin the paint on the baseboards unless extra precaution were taken. Since i plan to repaint the entire home anyways, I said not to worry. They did blow a breaker in the electrical panel during sanding, but eventually replaced that breaker before leaving the jobsite.
They were cooperative in completing work inside closets and mechanical room which may not have been in their bid without any arguement.
Overall, the finished product looks great, a total reversal of what the floors looked like to start with.
